Filicumis is a farm, built in 1828, situated on the slopes of the Tramuntana mountain range about three kilometres from the nearest village, Lloseta. The house is a typical Mallorcan farm with a central courtyard and a well. There is also an interesting former olive press ('almazara') which was used for making olive oil.

The property surrounding Filicumis stretches for about 80 hectares, with a typical Mediterranean landscape of almond, olive and fig trees. The farm also has a garden - an ideal place for relaxation and peacefulness - as well as an orchard of orange and lemon trees. There is also a picnic area, suitable for barbecues and good meals with family and friends. Guests will find in Filicumis a place for rest and escape where they can re-discover nature.
